Laura Dozier

Laura Dozier is the Property Manager for Olympia Development Corporation.  Laura joined Olympia in April 1999 as the receptionist and to provide administrative support for the company.  She left for a short time to take classes at Virginia Wesleyan College.  Laura returned to Olympia in the role of Property Manager in 2007.  As Property Manager for the company, Laura is responsible for all aspects of property management including communicating with the tenants on a daily basis, handling tenant concerns, negotiating and administering service contracts and overseeing the maintenance of the properties.
