ANNOUNCES NEW LOCATION FOR HANKINS AND ANDERSON, INC.

Virginia Beach, VA (December 6, 2006) – Olympia Development Corporation is pleased to announce that Hankins and Anderson, Inc. will open its newest location at The Gallery II, a Class A office building in Virginia Beach. Hankins and Anderson, a Richmond-based firm, provides civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety/fire protection and telecommunications engineering design. They have built a reputation as a leading consulting engineering firm, handling complex design challenges associated with U.S. Government and military facilities around the world.  Hankins and Anderson will occupy approximately 4,900 square feet of the two-story building; 23,300 square feet remains available for lease. Occupancy is set for February 1, 2007.  

Located on Cleveland Street, this prime site is easily visible and accessible off the Virginia Beach/Norfolk Expressway.
